Panasonic Lumix FS35 Digital Camera

Panasonic Lumix FS35 digital camera resides in Panasonic's range of smaller Lumix digital cameras that combine great specification with slim design with competitive pricing. The Compact camera has 1/2.33in sensor coming with huge 16 mega pixels, that has optical zoom of 10.1 and focal range is 24-224mm. Although it has a price tag which is relatively low, Panasonic FS35 still has several brilliant features. Optical zoom has a technology called 'Intelligent resolution' which supports image stabilisation function (MEGA O.I.S). The disappointing part of the spec is Panasonic FS35's Display LCD screen. Although it is in respectable size (2.7in), the 230k pixel resolution is quite poor in comparison to other models in its range.
There are many functions and features in the Panasonic FS35 that focus on entry level/beginner photo shooters, with a range of 'Intelligent' functions on the FS35 to ease the shooting process, which includes Intelligent Resolution, Intelligent Auto and Intelligent Zoom.
In terms of design, the Panasonic Digital Cameras Lumix FS35 has nothing remarkable when you compare it to other compact cameras in Panasonic's FS range. The interface has minimal buttons, the finish is of brushed metal. The majority of the functions of the FS35 are accessed through 'Q.Menu' and 'mode' buttons that are located at rear of camera, with playback and shooting modes being accessed from a slider which is located on rear. The FS range has featured cameras for some time now that are difficult to distinguish in between.
Panasonic Lumix FS35 is compact and reliable, does all the things entry level users would like to do. If you are happy pass control onto your camera instead of fiddling with shooting settings, then having the Panasonic FS35 on iA mode will give you both good photos and pleasing photo capturing experience. Although it has a variety of scene features, taking control of your photo shooting is a different matter altogether.
It has generally good image quality. Sharpness issues are resolved by intelligent resolution feature, although it does show some degeneration to image quality on edges of frame. The white balance tends to err to warm side, however this is not to a extreme extent. The ISO noise remains under control; it only becomes an issue towards the higher side of scale.
Panasonic FS35 like many other digital cameras in this range is an affordable and reliable digital camera. Although it lacks any new innovation, it has good specification, if you allow the FS35 to remove the thinking from your photography; you will be rewarded with some great images.
